I like some of the extra benefits I qualified for per my inquiry however, I disliked that one of my requests for windshield coverage wasn't offered. Premier Elite shows it's a part of that plan.

Straight forward answers and extensive coverage. No nonsense. As long as that carries over when and if I need the coverage.
