Michelle Moore has been very responsive. I have been looking for a car for at least 6 weeks. She stayed in touch but did not pressure me. In the end she gave me a great rate and made me feel confident that Select will take care of any issues that my used car may have.
Thats all I wanted to know and hear!

Container did not get picked up on the 18th. I called several times checking that day and agents said it on schedule. However, around 5:10 pm I got a call telling it will not get picked up. The agent said a manager by the name of Frank was to call me. No manager did. I guess Frank had other things to do. So, PODS gets a 2. Oh, and I'm still waiting on that call from Frank.
