My card was charged £45.00 with no charging to the vehicle ( connection did not work) Called help line and was told that the refund will be made in 7 working days and there will be a authorisation fee. What hogwash is this!!

5* regarding customer support. Received a parking fine when using an Osprey charger. This was resolved very promptly by customer support (Amy).

Charging station took pre-authorisation payment of £25, then failed to connect so I couldn't charge. This happened twice, so I am £50 down and now getting bounced payments from my bank and Osprey just say they cannot do anything to refund the money and will do nothing about bank charges I am now getting because of this.
I have spoken to the bank who say it is Osprey's fault, that they CAN speed up the refund if they choose, and that the current refund date is 24th March, a whole month!

I was issued a parking ticket for using an Osprey EV charger. They were extremely helpful in dealing with this ridiculous charge. They paid on my behalf and lodged a complaint with the parking company.

Amy at Osprey was really helpful in resolving 2 parking fines I had received unfairly (even after challenging it with euro car parks) from charging my electric vehicle within a euro car park. After communicating with Amy, she was prompt and quick in resolving this issue for me even though it was euro car parks error. Without Amy's help this issue would have escalated a lot further - Thank you too Amy and Osprey for establishing the facts and also showing Euro car parks how to do customer service properly. Osprey = 10 Euro Car Parks = 0

I’ve had 10+ declined charges on my credit card after charging yesterday. I’m not sure why they keep trying to take the same amount of money even though it’s already been collected - hoping they stop trying to take more money….

If i could give a zero star review I would. Used Osprey Charging at the Wheatsheaf Inn Cannock, as they show up as fast chargers on my Audi app. Half hour charge, signs were not obvious to say car park is managed by Premier Park in the dark fog and rain. Pub have said to us in writing they are not public chargers but for use of their patrons, so why Osprey do YOU advertise them on apps and public EV networks. The pub was closed for refurb so how the hell are we meant to put our car into the ANPR!! What a con!! Pub are not interested and waiting to hear from Premier Park to get my £60 back

Osprey’s charging policy is appalling. After 3 attempts to charge my car, I discovered they’d billed me £125. I realise that the majority will be refunded eventually and they tell me my bank is responsible for the delay! Other companies do not take this approach so I will do my best to avoid osprey in future and I’m sure other customers will also vote with their feet.

Charger available and in working order. Would be better if under cover.

Charged £28 for a 50% charge in Cambridge. Won’t use again.

Tried to charge through Electroverse but there was insufficient internet access. Used RFID instead.
Because of the way parking is arranged many people park in the wrong bay, thus blocking two chargers if I need to get to the chadamo plug.
