Review of Osprey Charging

Email response was quick and helpful

Electric charging is still in its infancy and Osprey are one of the first to the market. I use one site regularly and 95% we are fine, but occasionally things don't always connect. I have had very speedy response from email contact and hopefully clearing a parking charge. I know they answer the phone as well, so they are keen to get things right.

Review of London Theatre (.co.uk)

Savoy one of the nicest theatres I have been to.

I have been to many London shows and this was my first experience of the Savoy theatre, the seats in the Royal Circle had a lot more room than I have had for a long time. We had an excellent view. I have seen the film many times and the stage version of Pretty Woman did not disappoint. There were plenty of staff of staff on hand and they must be congratulated for their efforts to stop the use of phones, if the users could appreciate just how off-putting it is. The Savoy is a compact venue and those with restricted mobility should not be discouraged on coming as there is a direct street access point so wheelchair users could access the Royal Circle. I would ask that anyone that likes to give a standing ovation they stay seated until the show ends. Not wishing to give anything away, we missed the last 5 minutes through inconsiderate people in the front rows.

Paid very quickly

Paid very quickly. I needed to replace both rear tyres, so as to maintain matching tyres. I was surprised to see my claim paid in full, despite only one having a puncture. No quibble.

I received a postal promotion

I received a postal promotion....but when trying to order the website failed to show me the items. Even a phone call to the order line failed as the sales person put the wrong item in my basket! One tip I would give Viking is to put a link to 'order my viking number' on the main web page, it is otherwise only available via a sales order basket. Also I would ask that staff do not say 'and how are you doing today?' when clearly you are phoning because the website has issues? A bit insulting to be fair. Anyway, I sent an email to customer services and two hours later the website issues had clearly been resolved and so I placed the order this time.....next time I may well go elsewhere.

Four Lights needing attention!

We had four lights in our bathroom and didn't think we had a problem with lost heat. The combination of the improved insulation from now having a double layer, and the impressive Thermahood in place above each light has made our bathroom a much more cosy environment. Worth every penny!

I have been with Octopus for some while…

I have been with Octopus for some while now and whilst I probably could save a few pounds in shifting to other supplier, Octopus have always tried to remain competitive. The important part for our family is reliability and confidence that if something should go wrong then the company would sort it out without fuss. I switched my father in law because a company that cannot be named increased his charges by £100 a month, all because of an incorrect meter reading, and they declined to give back the £600 they collected. With Octopus this would not have happened, they have people on the end of the emails and they give a great service.

Nice product

Nice product. The purchase has not been perfect as one of the mirrors was damaged in transit. The Sales manager has personally taken charge of the remedial action and if I needed to buy another cabinet I would certainly look at what they could offer before going elsewhere.

A very long-standing business

A very long-standing business. I visited their showroom and saw what I wanted and then used there direct order service. Despite many revisions to my order they were able to offer a competitive price and a first class delivery. Jean was very patient with me and able to answer questions, as well as deal with the many alterations!
