Excellent Customer Service

I had a PCN from a private land provider to Osprey as I did not report to land provider while charging my car. I appealed to private land provider but it was rejected. Emailed Osprey within in hours they sent receipt and cancelled the PCN. Very much impressed with excellent customer care.

I waited 3 long days for my holidays to confirm.

I waited 3 long days for my holidays to confirm. At the time of the booking it was not mentioned or cautioned that it may take 3 days to confirm your holidays. As soon as I booked holidays and paid advanced that it may take up to 72 hours.

Unfortunately, booking requests can sometimes take up to 72 hours to process, and on rare occasions when we may be unable to confirm a booking at the original price or availability we will contact you to advise of this

Where possible we’ll offer alternatives that may be better suited to you. We work on live systems which does mean pricing and availability are both subject to change until a booking has been confirmed. We appreciate this can be disappointing.

meet & greet was excellent on our outbound and inbound flights. The meet & greet person even contacted to confirm ETA on outbound journey & I need to make one phone call on inward journey. My car was delivered in 15 minutes. I will definitely used them ago. It was much cheaper then rest of the companies.

Was unable to deliver at time

Ordered lelli kelli shoes on line for my daughter payment taken. Later on received an email the shoes not avIlable. Daughter went with out new shoes at first day of school. Latter on received 5% discount more what was discount offered on line. Bought a pair of shoes with old design just to settle the matter.
Staff were helpful on telephone.
