Bought 2 quads for my daughters for Xmas only used probably 4 times now 1 is faulty tried contacting them but looks like thevweb site has been shut down and they are not answering any emails

Ordered a Stomp 140 big wheel £1150. Apart from an order confirmation I did not receive any delivery information, I contacted the vendor and Sam Crutcher replied stating that my delivery contact number was wrong... I had paid via PayPal, who have all my information so I checked and my number was right. I have ordered ebikes into the thousands and never had an issue with other companies. Alarm bells were ringing just a couple of days after purchase with this company.. I am certain it was an absolute cop out. The bike was never going to be sent to me.

After a couple weeks I put in a claim with PayPal, who gave the vendor a week to reply, the vendor did not reply. And PayPal refunded me the full amount. The companies website looked legit, however.. always pay via PayPal or credit card. Just incase you end up dealing with people who have no morals at all, as is the case with Mini bikes off-road

Company is a fraudulent company. Look legit, but you will not receive your bits. There is no one to contact as there unresponsive. Just one big massive joke. The low life that created this are the lowest of the low. Imagine using kids toys to make money. Bunch of ratssss. Hooe they get what is coming to them very soon. Do not buy on this company. Regardless of previous comments.

Terrible company, we bought a mini dirt bike for our son for Christmas the initial look at it was this is good, the bike has only been used a few times and the engine has now seized, tried to contact the company but they don’t respond, terrible company terrible service and poor quality product with a very upset 9 year old!!

If I could I would give 0 stars they cancelled a order and not sending refund of £1614.05 also they don’t answer calls or emails so gonna get bank involved and PayPal don’t order from here you will just get ignored I will update my review if I get a response

Please DO NOT BUY from these, they are not genuine people. I had fraud on my account and someone bought a bike using my credit card for £1150. I rang them many of time but they didn't answer the phone. I emailed and I got a reply from Sue Crutcher and she said she will sort the refund out for me. This was 2-3 week ago, no refund given and now she is ignoring my emails and I have been ringing then numerous times a day to be ignored

They don't answer their phone and don't reply to any emails or Facebook messages. The mini dirt bike we bought developed fault on the 3rd use and we had no way to get in touch with them. Luckily i was able to get my money back through credit card chargeback but what a hustle!

order a bike that was comeing in stock weeks later now it’s in stock still no sign of delivery weeks later i’ve called all day everyday past week and no answer send loads of email ain’t had one reply
i will not recommend this company at all luckily i payed of Buy a finance company and they ain’t got the full amount so at least I can cancel it and go from there

I only received part of the order. There is no contact with the seller, they do not answer the phone calls. (before placing an order, try calling them to make sure it's true 01202 673542) ,they do not respond to emails. You have to forget about any service, assistance or warranty, because there is no contact with these people. Stay away from them, they will take your money but will not send the goods.

Sent me a faulty mini dirt bike. As soon as you pull start it it shoots off on its own and went straight into my son !!!!! Customer service is none existent. Have tried calling, emailing and messaged on Facebook and no answer or response. Shockingly bad customer service.

Waited for order way past the due date to be told they don’t sell it anymore

Worst customer service ever sent multiple emails about issues with a brand new bike and had no reply avoid this company had hardly any contact from the day I placed the order.

Ordered on 12th March and no response from them since then, should have been delivered in 2-4 days, When contacting on the phone number they will just play a voice saying they`re extremely busy, I`m still waiting at least for a response and even for my package

Stickers was damaged but mini bikes chased it up with stomp themselves and had me a new set sent straight out, great customer service

Great communication, and advice, easy ordering and fast delivery. Part was easy to fit, off with the old in with the new. What more can I say
