Hazel was polite, professional and helpful.
Left me well informed about what is on offer but was not pushy. Spoke slowly, was easy to understand and patient.

awful custumer service. ended up cancelling on order because of it. will never use them again!

staff was extremly rude and unhelpful. i ended up cancelling an order becuase of their conduct. the company takes 5 min to process the payment but 30 days to refund and they charge you for it!!!! worst service ever. staff l complained about responded to my complaint l wrote about her,she did not even acknowledged my complaint let alone apologised. don't know who supervise
