Had a problem which finally got resolved

Problem Resolved

Had a big problem with an iphone 16 pro max I received with it arriving with scratches all over the frame, I made customer service aware of this straight away and was told when I returned the phone I would not be charged for the scratches, However when I returned the phone within that 1st week I got an email saying I was going to be charged over £300 for the scratches !

After a lot of emails and luckily keeping screenshots as proof of the chat about the scratches on the phone when I opened it I managed to get them to cancel the charges and we managed to resolve the issue.

They just need to improve there customer service and having a phone number you can ring to speak to someone would be a big help in future.

Hi Mike,

When a device is returned, it goes through a full assessment by our technical team. If any damage is found that falls outside of fair wear and tear, a repair charge is applied, as outlined in the lease agreement.

We understand this can sometimes come as a surprise, and we’re always happy to share the full assessment report if you’d like more details.

We can see that our team waived the charge for you and that the subscription was closed on 19/08/2025.

They received my return 2 weeks ago but just will not process the refund !!

Bought a faulty phone case from them, There customer services emailed me a return label which I used to send it back tracked, They received the item back 2 weeks ago and have confirmed they have it but still will not refund me and keep saying there looking into it on every email I send them. AVOID they seem to now be scammers with the worst customer service I have ever received !

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, After extreme pressure when in the shop trying to look at different sofas we ended up being rushed into buying one "Because the deal was ending on it that week" The sofa we bought is no where near the quality that was shown to us in the shop. Have tried contacting them (This Store) several times and they think it's fine to just completely ignore you, they replied to the first email I ever sent them and then stopped and seem to be ignoring the problem !! I have proof of emails sent with no replys. There main customer service helpline NEVER answer your call or reply to emails either. AVOID SCS

Ordered a bed way before Christmas that…

Ordered a bed way before Christmas that they kept changing the delivery date of so I can elled the order and asked for a refund. There so called customer service only reply when they want to and finally confirmed that there "finance department" would process the refund within 2 weeks because they were so busy with refunds !! Well it's now been 5 weeks and still no refund or even an email to say what is going on. They ignore emails that we send to them. AVOID using this awful company and shop elsewhere because you will end up in the same situation as us.

Was told bed would be delivered on the…

Was told bed would be delivered on the 30th December. Then got a txt saying die to an electrical fault my order would not be delivered until 4th Jan. Then got a txt saying I had refused the 4th Jan (I certainly hadn't) Now they just completely ignore emails. This is the worst delivery company I have ever experienced.

Customer service is really bad

Customer service is really bad. Ordered a bed near start of December and was told delivery 30th December which was already way over the expected date, now just got an email saying there has been further delays and now will be January delivery. You try to reply to there emails but they just bounce back so no way to actually contact them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FEOM MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR. Unless something changes this review will not be changed.

Awful company

Awful company. Made an order and typed in my new address only for them to send it to an address I lived at 3 years ago. There customer support is shockingly BAD. They try to put the blame on you and not them and havnt even offered to resend my order to my actual address. Will never use them again

Sent me a faulty mini dirt bike

Sent me a faulty mini dirt bike. As soon as you pull start it it shoots off on its own and went straight into my son !!!!! Customer service is none existent. Have tried calling, emailing and messaged on Facebook and no answer or response. Shockingly bad customer service.

Worst broadband / TV provider we have…

Worst broadband / TV provider we have ever been with. For 2 years we have had constant problems. When you ring to try and get it sorted out you get put through to a call centre in another country who do not care about you and never sort the problem out, they just say they have logged the problem and nothing ever happens. We want our contract ended asap

Had broadband problems in our area for months and internet goes on and off all day yet still being charged full price £89 a month !!! Even though they no there are problems and our internet is shocking. Customer service is the worst. Avoid virgin if you can

There are so many things that can influence a WiFi connection some of which include but are not limited to, a fish tank being in the same room, walls being built with concrete instead of brick, it could even be that your next-door neighbour’s router is interfering with yours. Due to this, we are only able to offer limited help. Please have a look here: https://virg.in/wifisos

The Hub's location could also be causing the coverage problem, so we do need to check the positioning of it. Can you please ensure the following

Out in the open
Next to the TV not behind it
Away from large bodies of water (e.g., fish tanks)
Away from baby monitors and cordless phones
Away from microwaves

Think of the Hub as a radio, and WiFi as the sound - the further away you are from the radio, or the more obstacles that are in the way (walls, electronic devices etc.), the quieter the radio & the poorer the WiFi.
