Great quad at a bargain price, far cheaper than any others i have seen online and quality is great. Fast delivery and great step by step tracking throughout. Will highly recommend

Quad bike was faulty. Break discs were bent wheel alignment out. Struggles to start and cuts off after 20 minutes. Don’t answer the phone respond to emails or messages over Facebook. Told me they sent spare parts out but the next arrived. Terrible company would avoid

Good company. Had an issue with another order due too the delivery service not dropping off and then completely ignoring emails and calls. Mini bikes could do with a better call line as I could never get through and was left in the dark for quite a bit in regards to my second order. But as soon as they were in touch, offered and delivered a full refund at my request.

I bought a holeshot 110cc and a 125cc for my son and daughter and was super fast delivery and came built as expected obv has to tighten up a few things and make sure everything was good for use but that’s expected due to transportation ect so after having a blast running in the quads I ordered another holeshot 125cc quad and I revived it within 4 days of ordering you can’t argue with service like that and the price either so highly recommend

Very happy with my purchase, was simple and delivery was quick, had some issues which were very quickly sorted out… after some user error they helps provide info on how to prevent the issue happening again!

I resived a 125 atv from you after paying close to 1000 got my delivery after 3 attempts i hadn't rode this bike no more than 3 hour and the rear axle bearings had shattered inside leading to the back end becoming loose as a result couldn't ride it because it was unsafe constantly tightening all 4 wheels having starter problems for example sticky starter switch rear brake light not even connected/soldered and many more problem have arisen very poorly built other than the plastics stay away from this site absolutely diabolical and very poor customer service provided

Purchased quad bike from minioffroad.co.uk for my son as a birthday gift in FEB 2023. Arrived two weeks late with damaged/faulty front tire and missing manual and battery strap. Contacted seller to arrange replacement but after that seller kept ignoring my phone calls (91 phone calls made but he kept rejecting my calls) and 26 emails send. Had to contact trading standards and fraud agency to get my money back. It took over five months until seller issued e-check refund which he deliberately canceled day before it meant to clear. Contcted PayPal but seller also ignored their refund requests. DISGUSTING SERVICE! Don't make my mistake. Buy elsewhere! I should check other peoples reviews about that seller before I send them any money. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!

Purchased a Holeshot FXR 125cc, under my partners name. Brought last week for my sons birthday, looks nice and good delivery time however when we took him out on the quad, discovered the shaft drive was bent. Started the quad, didn’t have much go in it when going forward however when put into reverse went as you’d expect. 10 minutes he was driving this for before it cut out completely and would not start at all and still will not now. My partner called but didn’t get much feedback and was not offered a refund or exchange. £800 for a bike that lasts ten minutes is disgusting, I am awaiting acknowledgment and a refund or exchange asap please, my ref was 3515068

Excellent service every step of the way. From ordering to delivery. Amazing delivery time. I requested the quad to be built and sent to my home in the Highlands. It was here in just over a week! Excellent tracking service and prompt replies from Sam. Fantastic payment options too. Will definitely use again.

Great product , kids love it , delivery was really fast and was easy enough to assemble. Would suggest a little more on the instructions side for the less knowledgeable on mechanics
