Evri courier left the parcel at the front door, not in a safe place, the parcel was obviously lost, someone stole it. Evri tells me that it is not their problem and that I should go to the shipper and try to solve the problem with them.
Your courier was smart enough to leave the parcel in a public place next to a public street, so that's your problem!
Avoid Evri if you can!

I only received part of the order. There is no contact with the seller, they do not answer the phone calls. (before placing an order, try calling them to make sure it's true 01202 673542) ,they do not respond to emails. You have to forget about any service, assistance or warranty, because there is no contact with these people. Stay away from them, they will take your money but will not send the goods.

They sent me wrong parts and I had to pay for the return, customer service is poor and rude ,, will you send it back or not? if not f...k off then'' That's how I perceived our conversation.
I have been their costumer for years, but not any more! I have requested to delete my account.

Ordered two items on 17th March, 3 months ago, items were showing as in stock on the website, after 4-5 weeks waiting time decided to call them. Phoned their customer services to check what happened and I been told that they don't have this items in stock and the waiting time is 4 weeks. After 5 weeks waiting they have lost it in transit and had no stock again, so advised to canceI the order and make a refund but they do everything to not give me may money back, they keep sending me email that the refund may take 3-5 days, but that was 3 weeks ago!!!!.
Please avoid, avoid avoid, they are unprofessional, they selling goods that they don't have in stock and it's very hard to get the money back.

Got scammed by Litfad!!!, Paypal did not help!!!

My parcel is 15 days in transit by now, and still haven't got it yet.
Poor service, poor contact.
If you can, don't use them!
