Brilliant company to deal with would highly recommend

Avoid at all cost! Bike has come damaged in multiple places, and missing parts! No bolts, totally broken brakes, plastics all snapped, throttle cable broken!! Called over 50 times with no answer! Emailed 10+ times with no response!

Fast delivery and Fast bike, this bike isn't for the faint hearted it's a savage so expect it to be on its back wheel a lot... great fun!! You get a lot of bike for your money. I would highly recommend it 👌

Orderd a bike for my boys birthday 2 weeks ago and still not got a delivery date or any contact

Still trying to find a way to get in touch with this company!! I have not had any further information about delivery or the bike! Customer service is nill. I have not received my order and don't know if/ when I'm going to receive it! Hopefully someone will respond to this!!!

Decent bike but the exhaust isn’t connected to the end so it’s loud & the brake cable has been connected wrong so it’s been rubbing on the disc brake and been cut open so the front brake doesn’t work now been phoning all day no 1 has answered but I have emailed aswell so hope someone gets back to me asap because I need it before the weekend, this person doesn’t answer any calls or emails. Avoid this company

Great company to buy 1st bike from, my son who is 5 was very pleased and loves it , noticed a bolt was missing so contacted company who sent out a spare free of charge, couldn’t recommend this company enough, thank you so much

My other half paid a deposit for a quad bike off this man on Facebook marketplace, we asked the man for our money back as we had no way of getting it after being let down , the man started ignoring messages and phone calls and it’s been 2 weeks and still no reply . Doesn’t even deserve 1 Star

Do not buy from this company they do not respond to emails or phone calls all you get is voice mail saying they are not in the office also they do not give you anything about shipping and lie and do not ship your item just take you money without any no way to get a refund scam site

Brought for my 8 year old for Christmas, brilliant bike works 1st pull everytime never had a problem

ordered wheel rim protectors and a jacket. A 'free' Muc-Off pack of goodies was offered by the seller. Jacket was the wrong size, Muc-Off goodies never arrive. Seller is AWOL (doesn't reply to emails), thus escalated to PayPal. Returned the jacket as instructed but Post Office report that the Unit 1 address is not occupied by Mini Bikes. Based upon my experience, this business is very suspect.

Engine blew 1st time it was used, emailed about this but I haven't had a response as of yet, bought for my son and it blew 1st time it was used

Avoid this company, no response to numerous emails or phone calls, undelivered goods and faulty engine that was recieved.
Have been trying to contact company before Christmas.

After sale service very bad, takes weeks to reply, and they sent me the wrong parts. I have to call few times before someone answer and after takes to long or never to sort you out. I quite to deal with them, and looking to buy the right part from a different company.

Communication from the supplier and delivery team was spot on. Good quality bike and well built started on first kick.
There was a few scratches on the frame paint work I’m guessing from delivery but nothing that a little t-cut won’t solve, only problem I really have with the bike is that there is no fuel cock shut off.
Overall though really impressed with the bike especially for the price really well built.
