Overall easy enough to send item off unfortunately my item didn’t pass authentication and they charge £20 to return item so bear this in mind! I didn’t pay it as why would I want it back if it’s not real and pay £20 for the privilege of a fake! Not sure if this is a common occurrence in a hope people won’t request it back im not sure but just consider this if unsure of authentication as I could potentially of used AI like they do to confirm it so my bad in that sense.

Hi Nicola,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and we completely understand your concerns.
Whenever an item cannot be accepted, whether that is because it does not meet our condition requirements or because it has not passed our authenticity checks, we are required to return it to the sender. As outlined in our Seller Terms, a single £20 return processing fee applies in these situations.
This charge is not simply for postage. It helps cover the real costs involved in carefully handling, inspecting, and returning an item that cannot be listed for sale. Each item goes through a detailed process involving professional authentication, condition review, staff time, secure packaging, and fully tracked return shipping. These steps are in place to ensure fairness and transparency across every submission we handle.
We completely understand that this can feel frustrating, especially when postage alone might seem inexpensive. In reality, the £20 fee often does not fully cover our operational costs, but we keep it as low as possible so that the service remains fair and sustainable for all our sellers.
We do appreciate your understanding and your honesty in sharing your experience. Feedback like yours helps us continue to improve the way we communicate our policies and maintain the high level of trust and security that our community expects.
Thank you again for choosing Label Source and for giving us the chance to explain further.
