The project submission and payment process for a small translation project was efficient and easy. However, when I received a notice that my translation was ready, an error occurred when trying to download the document. I then had to contact a customer representative, who was very quick to respond. Although, I appreciated the customer service, it was really frustrating not to have access to my translation when the system said it was complete.

GoTranscript is an excellent, professional service, with very quick and clean transcriptions. I know 'A.I.' may be all the rage, and might seem like an alternative, and I am not sure if that is part of their transcription toolbox these days. But the work that GoTranscript produces clearly has the human touch, with thoughtful, intuitive, and intelligent interpretations of my sometimes challenging interview material.
