So, I have send 2 applications for job. And first one, I was waiting maybe 15-20 Days, and there is no problem. But after my apply got declined, It shows message you can try in few days again, and their affilate link for other app they promote like "With this you can also earn..". After I took application again, fully right. Same day it got declined and again message for that app. They don't need employees and they are basically promoting affilate links, to earn commission and declining automatically... I feel I wasted time on learning and reading their guidelines, also taking test that need time.
