It's slow and boring. Answering surveys written by marketing departments for mere cents is not what I would describe as "fun". The 30 cent penalty for using paypal also sucks. The recipe "reward"... See more

I couldnt recommend swagbucks more! Ive been using them for almost 10 years and have made roughly 5,000 usd dollars over the years by using it very inconsistently over the years. Ive never had a problem cashing out my points, it allows you to cash out to paypal it allows you to cash out in the form of amazon cards, google play cards, walmart cards, theres literally a hundred different options. I dont even bother with the giftcards because nothing beats cashing out directly to your paypal account. Ive tried alot of - pretty much ALL OF the different "make money" and "get cash playing games" apps and websites out there, and none of them hold a candle to swagbucks. The payouts are higher and ive NEVER had an issue where i wasnt paid for a task ive completed. Everybody talks about how great mistplay is- if you like mistplay you need to check out swagbucks. Swagbucks has a huge "games" section, it works exactly like how mistplay works where each game detail clearly lists "reach level so and so, make X amount of money" but over here on swagbucks the payouts for those same exact games, with the same exact "goals" and tasks for each game, are DOUBLE what any other "get paid to play games" app or website pays. Every game ive downloaded ive easily made $30-$200 just by downloading it and playing it over the 60 days that they give you to reach all of the different goals. All of games come with a list of goals, where those first few easy to reach goals will pay something low like 0.50 to a $1.00 for doing things like "reach level 10" , "reach level 20" where the payouts for the higher level tasks, like "reach level 1000 within 60 days" will pay $100, $150, even $300 depending on the game. Theres also a section called "tapjoy" where theres huge lists of things where you can earn a penny for clicking and watching a 30 second ad, you can earn 5 cents for clicking the provided link and using the search engine that pops up, but what i love most about the tapjoy section is the "play games" section. Instead of you having to reach specific goals like on the main "games" page, the tapjoy game section will pay you for every level you beat, and theres usually a different daily cap for each game for how many levels you can paid for in a 24 hour period. I currently have two different tapjoy games downloaded onto my phone, one is like a block blast type game and the other one is one of those 2248 type games. The block blast game pays me a penny for every level i beat, up to 20 levels a day. The 2248 game pays me 2 pennies for every level i beat, for up to 60 levels a day!!! If you have kids, and your kids are like mine with the constant "can i play your phone mom"- these tapjoy games are literally paying me for every level my kids beat while they're playing my phone in the car, or sitting on the couch, etc. Im a stay at home mom of 4, and with 4 kids there is ALWAYS something more important for us to spend our lower, one person income on. Mom wants to buy herself a $40 do your own nails at home kit off amazon? Yeah 2 of the 4 kids could also use new sneakers, so sneakers it is. People with higher incomes will probably laugh at the idea of playing games for pennies, or taking surveys for a dollar, or wasting 30 days to get $100 for reaching level 100 on some game, but for people like me with no income or low income those pennies add up after a couple of weeks. You can literally cash out to paypal and use your PayPal card at the atm to withdraw cash. I couldnt recommend swagbucks enough, over the years it has allowed me to actually have some decent spending money for myself when i otherwise wouldnt have had it. There were many times back years ago when my kids were babies that we absolutely were cashing out my swagbucks money to get a pack of diapers or a jar of formula, to get some milk and bread from walmart to get us to my husbandts payday. That struggle is real to millions of people, its been a few years since ive had to actually use my swagbucks money to buy needs instead of wants, but its such an amazing, REAL option that most people do not even realize exists
Awful. So many surveys started and 5 minutes in you get kicked out and get nothing. Or a 5 min survey leads to 20 min survey.
Or they want to install tracking software on your phone. Useless.
I've been using Swagbucks for about a decade and I don't plan on stopping. I love it. Customer service is always helpful, earning from the games and trivia is super easy. I don't do the surveys, but still earn quite a bit, enough to be able to cash out when I need to for small stuff.
I have been using your services for the past five years and have always been satisfied with the experience. However, I recently encountered a serious issue. When I attempted to redeem my card, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. Upon trying to log in again, I received a message stating that my account had been deactivated.
I have submitted multiple support tickets regarding this matter over the past month but have not received any response. I am extremely disappointed, as I have invested significant time and effort into using your platform, only to face this issue at the crucial moment of redemption.
I kindly request that you review my case urgently and restore access to my account or provide a clear explanation for its deactivation.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
I love app really good rewards and I save a ton of money
It's a scam. They deactivated my account just as I was about to redeem it (after clicking the button). It's odd that they didn't do it before collecting the survey money. If I supposedly violated the terms, why was my account deactivated just as I was about to redeem it? That's how they make money; they keep the money from deactivated accounts.
I don’t have a bad experience, but this app is such a slow grind. Even after putting in hours every day, you barely make anything. But I have to admit pretty reliable unlike other websites or apps
This is one of the websites I used to earn money online. However, the survey method often results in disqualification or redirection to numerous other surveys, which is not worth the time. I hope it'll get fixed soon.
absolute scam the customer service is non existent they pretend they’ll help you but they keep going in circles to avoid paying you what they owe you and they keep the money !!!
This was my first time redeeming my rewards, and I’m just very very happy that I’m doing it.. I love your surveys
not a good place to do surveys for money, I tried to withdraw my first 15.00 card that i had worked on for along time and they suspended my account and would not give reward.
I had been a member of Swagbucks for years but when I tried to cash out this last time they suspended my account for no reason. Honestly this site has really declined in the last few years and has become a borderline scam site.

Swagbucks has always done what they promote. I've played a bunch of games and earned quite a few amazon gift cards. Customer service has always responded quickly if I've had an issue and always resolves them, usually crediting my rewards account. You won't make a living, but it's a fun way to earn some free gift cards.
