The project submission and payment process for a small translation project was efficient and easy. However, when I received a notice that my translation was ready, an error occurred when trying to download the document. I then had to contact a customer representative, who was very quick to respond. Although, I appreciated the customer service, it was really frustrating not to have access to my translation when the system said it was complete.
