I work with Go Transcript for 2 years now and with nobody else, naif said.

Ordered and paid for an item more than 2 weeks ago. I got a message that Item dispatched same day I am still waiting for the item. Went on their website to ''Chat'' and got automated machine replies. This is my first and last time I am dealing with them. All I am doing now is checking which other companies are affiliated with Catch and will stop dealing with those companies too. ooh and when I click on the picture of the phone thinking that I will be talking to someone, oh no, it just take you to the ''Run Around'' chat screen. Order C60276501 - Update 27 May, 2023 - got my money back, thanks. They said that the item was ''lost''. i can't understand how a 30kg trolly jack for a big 4wd could get lost. But don't care - got my money back and that is it.

Naively I signed up for $19.00 to block ads for a year. A year later I got a notice from them that a payment of $119.00 went through already. I tried to cancel it but was given the run around with all sorts of stories that I am using their ''complementary'' Anti Virus (which I am not). A friend told me that I am lucky they didn't charge me $10,000.00 to block ads and a ''complementary'' Anti Virus
______ UPDATE 30 October 2022 ___ They even gave me a case number: 221012 QMLQWTF and they told me they will send me a Cancelation Link with a separate email which never arrived of course but on the public forum they want more information. What more information do you want _ I sent lots of emails asking for a refund (what part of this email don't you understand?) and they actually understood me and told me that a cancelation email is ''on the way'' which was a week ago. More information is what they asking for - you see what I mean - giving me the run-around.
______ UPDATE 2 November 2022 ___ Finally got the Cancelation email and went through the Cancelation Process and got a full refund (don't want their product not even for free - lost my trust in them). Now I am getting ads popping up every few seconds but ONLY TotalAdblock ads. I wish I never opened an account with them.
