I'm honestly completely amazed. I never write reviews, but feel compelled to by how impressive this service is. I placed an order for nearly 8hrs of audio, in Spanish (accent is less common than Spanish spoken in Mexico or Spain), at 6pm PST. My transcripts came back within 12 hrs, the next morning, with high accuracy, speakers clearly outlined, and time-stamps on parts that were unclear. Incredible service!
