If I could give them no stars l would. FRAUD! This company moved my ADT from my prior address to my current address in December 2020. I also paid for additional equipment at $500.00. They took the money right away but my equipment has yet to arm my home. I have been back and forth with their company for months and the issue has not been resolved. I want the system out of my home and I am continuously getting hung up on. My husband is military and continuously gone. My kids and I need to feel safe. If they cannot answer simple questions and ensure my system is working properly who’s to say they will respond if an emergency were to arise. I need reliability and fast response times, as this what ADT is known for. At this point I have no faith in this company nor its sub contracted company Safestreets. IF YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY SAFE THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY TO GO WITH! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. 5 months later I’m still waiting for someone to respond to my issue and guess what nothing. Have they given me my money back NO. Don’t waster your time go to another company that will actually keep you and your family safe. THEY DEFINITELY WILL NOT!
