My 3 year old great grandson LOVED the chef puzzle!

I just received my 2nd mug and it was horrible! I ordered a very similar mug a couple years ago and it was perfect but now they are being processed out of the country apparently as that is where my payment was processed. You cannot read the writing/names or tell what kind of dogs they are supposed to be. Very disappointed.

Great experience. Ordered the hat that says “protected by (insert name of dog)” for our future grandson. Order was delivered promptly and just as expected. Good quality.

Placed an order in October. As of 11/27, I still have not received the order. The company is doing nothing to track the order. The only thing they offered is to return half of my shipping costs. That is a slap in the face. They pull at your heartstrings with their sentimental products and then don’t deliver. Buyer beware if you are trying to get something on a timely basis.

I Purchased 5 mugs for my sisters and myself. We all, including me, opened them at the same time on a ZOOM call. We really do like them. I will be purchasing more for this Christmas.

I ordered the mug with a Peaking Cat, and contacted customer service when it didn't arrive a couple of weeks after it was supposed to be delivered. Probably got lost during transport after it arrived in The Netherlands (that was as far as the track and trace went). They replied very quickly and prepared a new shipment immediately. This one was delivered within the expected delivery time. The mug is exactly as expected, it was a gift for my boyfriend and he's very happy with it!

This gift was for my mother. There are 5 girls but we lost our sister years ago. I did not want to forget her since we could only put 4 daughters on the mug so I listed her name with mine. My mom was really surprised and loves the mug. Thank you for this unique gift. I really loved creating the mug and all the options. All the characters look like my mom and sisters from the back.

As a Christmas gift for my daughter I ordered a personalized mug of her & her dog on a beach, two of her most favorite things. The endless number of options that were available to personalize it made it so easy to make this look so great, and it turned out better than expected. When she opened it she was immediately brought to tears because it really does look like her & her dog on the beach. Thank you for letting me be able to give her such a great gift!

I've ordered with Gossby twice now. First time the item arrived around the time they said, and it was amazing. Good quality print, exactly like ordered. The second time my order got lost in the mail (Not Gossby's fault), and they refunded me the same day. Amazing customer service. Will re-order the mug that got lost, because the products are so cute!

It was beautiful, but smaller than I thought it would be. More of a decoration than a coffee mug.

I ordered two blankets for my daughters for Christmas ‘I love you to the moon and back’ and they were just beautiful, exactly as advertised and I’m delighted with them., I was just sorry that I didn’t order bigger blankets.
