Ordered 12/6. When I didn’t receive I sent an email and was told that the new stock was delayed and expected on 12/21. On 12/25, after another inquiry, they told me it had shipped and would let me know the tracking info once they had it. A week later (Jan 2) after another inquiry by me they reported calling the courier and getting a run around from them and they promised to email as soon as they had that information. January 8th I emailed again asking if they had any update and said if not I would like a refund. They never responded to the update question and just stated it was too late for a refund but would help me with the return process once I received.
Being a retired business owner I prefer to order from the little guy but now I know why Amazon is so popular.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
