I've ordered with Gossby twice now. First time the item arrived around the time they said, and it was amazing. Good quality print, exactly like ordered. The second time my order got lost in the mail (Not Gossby's fault), and they refunded me the same day. Amazing customer service. Will re-order the mug that got lost, because the products are so cute!
