I bought the pink drip glasses for my daughter for Christmas and they broke after the second time using them. While they’re super cute (and more comfortable than expected) the quality just isn’t there.

Perfect, wonderful mugs that arrived even sooner than expected! Definitely my new favorite mugs. So special personalized for me and my precious kitty of over 21 years whom I lost last year. These mean everything to me. I do wish they had more gray and white kitty options, though! One that looks more like my baby.

Not what i expected and my complaint was never dealt with was charge a fortune for delivery suppose to have been delivered from abroad buy was delivered from within britain at less than £2 but ended up paying $98 for 4 very small tree decorations which i could not see my sisyers names on without using a magnifying glass very dissapointing purchase and not value for money would not use site again

I ordered 3 mugs as gifts. Each arrived exactly as I designed them, and in the time frame promised. The recipients were all thrilled with their personalized gifts. I would definitely order from Gossby again!

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from this company. I have reached out several times regarding the shoes I ordered for my husband and the issue still has not been resolved. The shoes I ordered are way too big and not standard sizing. I asked several times to exchange them for a size he can actually wear and have been ignored!!!! I will not be ordering from you guys ever again.

I ordered 2 mugs and both were very nice, design and names could have been bigger but still like the mugs okay. However I cannot give more stars because they only got 1 order right and I had to contact customer service with a photo of the wrong mug that was not even remotely close to the ordered design. Customer service had the new mug sent but never sent the new email confirmation as promised so I had no idea when or if the new mug had been shipped. I had contact a second time to get a tracking number. The wrong mug was a birthday present and was late because of the mistake. I would not order from them again due to the error and customer service not following through on sending the confirmation.

I love the cups they made . They shipped right away. My sisters and sister in law loved them.

I got my mom a mug of my sister, mom and I on the beach and the picture was adorable but the resolution was off making it look relatively cheap...

Ornament is lovely. Just wish the names were in black not while.
