got this in plenty of time for Christmas! I have ordered mugs in the past and was very pleased with the clarity of the personalized mugs. However, these mugs were not as clear and seemed to be a bit blurry. It's too late to return as they are gifts. Hopefully the gifts will be appreciated for the thoughtfulness of the gift, and the recipients won't be as critical of the finished product as I am.

Received my item on time and it was very nice. My daughter cried when she saw it. Very nice gift to give to someone you love.

Sadly it was not what I expected. I ordered 3 mugs , 1 came on time and was perfect the other 2 took longer much longer than expected time. Unfortunately when I received the other 2 they were damage, the letters on the mug were fading and you couldn't read the personalized names. It was very difficult to get a hold of customer service because there is no number. I was sad my gifts were damaged.

Perfect gift for my mom and her sister. They are 16 years a part in age and my aunt is in her mid-80s and not in great health, the sister's mug was the best gift I could give this year!! They live 4 hours apart but have a Wednesday phone call each week, now they both get a warm beverage and sip out of their mugs as they talk. That is priceless! The company was fast from ordering to receiving and they turned out wonderful I am thrilled I could get them such a personalized gift!

I would give zero stars if I could. But alas, here we are!!
I ordered my mugs in September, I felt in plenty of time for my friends birthday. Well 2 weeks later they said the mugs had been delivered, but I did not receive anything on my doorstep, mailbox, asked neighbors etc. I wrote to customer service and they said they would start my order over and that I due to Covid they might run a bit late. After 3 more emails to customer service 2 weeks ago I sent them a email telling them they had wasted my time long enough. My friends birthday had came and went, I had to go with something else for her. I am pretty sure my order was never even started again. I did get full reimbursement for my order. I really wish I had not even began working with the company in the first place!!! What a absolute waste of my time!!!!
