Card was stolen. I reported it there was no charges at that time days later I find five charges phoned in the person said they'll transfer me 20 minutes later no one picked up I called back again at that point they said they were closing in three minutes but what did I need help with? I told her the whole story she said one moment she put me on hold. I didn't know she was transferring me anywhere, another lady's voice answered and I realized she had transferred me and I told the whole story to that girl and she said one moment I'll make sure that those charges are removed. She put me on hold and then the machine kicked in and said, thank you for calling, but the office not closed goodbye and it hung up on me.

It was beautiful, but smaller than I thought it would be. More of a decoration than a coffee mug.

It asked if i had access to the phone before ordering (which I did) but it didn't say i needed to unselect two step verification. The iphone 6S plus does not have an option to deselect two step verification so I was not able to instal the software. All the links for support or refund go no where, All the emails for help went unanswered. There is no phone number, address or customer support links that actually go anywhere once you fill out the form. Total scam. Don't give them your money.
