If I could give this review less stars I would. Appaling service. Not a UK company like it states. You're in fact ordering from China. Be prepared to wait a very long time for your order and be ignored by their customer services when you email for an update. If you do place a order make sure you do so via PayPal.

When my order eventually did arrive I had to laugh at the terribly bad quality of what I had purchased. Note this dog bed wasn't cheap either! I could have bought 10x better and cheaper from B+M. Awful quality. The bed itself is supposed to be an orthopedic bed but it's paper thin with no cushioning at all.

I saw this company being endorsed by some Instagram influencers and I'm inclined to send them a message to ask why they are misrepresenting and endorsing all round shit products that people are then paying good money to purchase. I can only imagine the social media influencers are getting this rubbish free.

Please do not waste either your time or money purchasing this tut. I wish I had read the reviews before making my order!

Finally I have left both my dogs old bed and the new funny fuzzy bed out to let him decide. He usually jumps straight in a new bed but this one he has totally ignored, choosing to stick with his old comfortable bed that cost half the price.

Rubbish service, lengthy delivery service and terrible quality

Absolutely awful company. Paid for expensive pair of boots that never arrived. Customer service had to be chased for an inadequate response where they showed me a unclear photo of my boots behind a bin somewhere and claimed my order had been delivered. No idea where to as I have never received them. Worth noting my order was well over £200.00! £200.00 of my hard earned money with nothing to show for it.

Really unhappy with my experience with this company and customer service could have done more to assist.

Be careful before you purchase. Like mine your EXPENSIVE order might never turn up.

Review amended! My initial review was quite negative. I waited quite a while for my order and when it arrived I received a pair of cow slippers instead of my washing liquid order. My order was finally received (wrong order) on a Friday evening which i reported to customer services and within a matter or hours Tallow and Ash had replied, apologised and reissued a new correct order.

The only problem here is the dispatch / courier company used by Tallow and Ash that messed up my order. Human error i guess and the cow slippers I received did make my family laugh.

Fab experience. Order was easy. Customer service great. Item received promptly and was really good quality.

Design of the product was lovely and lots of choice. Would definitely order again.

Really disappointed. Had great hopes for 1rebel but it fell short. Lockers don't work in changing rooms which means you have to wait around after class for the cleaners to come and get your belongings out of the locker. The class (spin) itself was average as classes go. The instructor was unhelpful and didn't help me set the bike up or click in with the spin shoes, not great if you're a complete beginner or like me never been to a spin class with such bikes. I wasted the first 5mins of the class trying to get set up whist the other regular spinners around me started the class. Very much in and out machine with little to no customer focus. Its just a class and every customer is just an extra 20 odd quid. Zero customer experience. The class itself was ok but I have had much better and much cheaper spin classes at my local gyms. Expected something bigger and better at 1rebel. Not the case. The club uses the venue, location, flashing lights and good music system as its main selling point whilst ignoring the basics like the customer focus and good class teaching.

I have two more classes booked on my trial hoping the reformer class will be better.
