Surprisingly good

Surprisingly good. Ordered a designer bag at an incredibly low price and got the delivered product well packaged and in good shape in a week. Also right after order confirmation there is buyer protection automatically activated provided by Trsuted Shops. The package is also well designed to be easily returned, and return label is printed and came together with the product. I didn’t need to return but it is very considerate for them to make everything return ready.

Never expect the parcel to be delivered at normal times

No heads up at all about deliveries. I got drivers phone at random times and am asked to meet in <3min. Even 5min is not possible. No phone agent at all — the contact phone is a bot that just repeats the online options. Have to delay my parcel for 2 weeks due to the random time slots.

Not speedy at all as advertised on…

Not speedy at all as advertised on website. Advertises for 24hr dispatch and 2-3 days for delivery . Only the delivery/return page tells the whole process takes 5-7 days. Return is at a cost. My package took two days from dispatch to Royal Mail acceptance, let alone the prolonged dispatch time and delivery time. Do not trust the speed.

Hello, thanks for your comments, though we feel a 1 star review is unfair, when the delay is with Royal Mail!!

We have no idea what your order relates to as you have not been in touch with us, but I do invite you to do so, to have the chance to investigate your claims rather than receive your unjust review, with no information about who you are or what your order relates to. I have asked you to provide more information via Trust Pilot so we can looking into the specifics and if theres anything we could do.

But further, we are not Royal Mail. We nor them can control the recent "force major" instances such as extreme heat - which I can imagine is your complaint basis. This created 2 days of delays. Not us.

We do in fact dispatch 99% of our parcels the same working day. Via the postage options the customer chooses. Perhaps you chose economy, which is 5-7 working days. The Royal Mail service is usually very good.

We also only ever aim to dispatch in the 24 hours - this is never guaranteed.

Of course return is at cost, it costs money to return, the same as it costs money to send items. You are welcome to shop in-store too! Save some pennies on your postage costs.

We have located your order and yes I can confirm this would have been caught up in Royal Mail delays due to the extreme heat. For the safety of their staff they reduced their service, which means parcels got delayed. We are not informed which parcels are delayed, but as you the individual customer would have received tracking information and have the opportunity to contact us or Royal Mail at any point.

I can see your delivery is due today, which is a little longer than we usually see for Royal Mail 2nd class tracked, (but is within the delivery aim regardless of the freak weather events)- this is the postage option you opted for. Your order was dispatched by us on the Monday, which is our first posting day, after the weekend when we do not dispatch orders.

I am sorry you felt the need to leave such a negative review, but I cannot see how we could change anything here.
