I contacted the customer service and…

I contacted the customer service and Doris was exceptionally helpful and got to the root of the matter for me.
This has taken me 4days but she did it for me in under 15mins.
Will definitely be buying from club L London

If there was ever an option for zero…

If there was ever an option for zero star. ASOS deserves it.
I ordered 3 denim tops. 2 of the same design make and brand, just different size and the other one (3rd) was river island.
I went for the asos as it was a a better fit, returned the river island and the order asos as it wasn’t a perfect fit.
Received an email a week after to say the river island return was rejected as it was worn and washed. Mind you, i return all items less than 2 hours of receiving it which will technically leave me with no time to even wear, wash and return within 2 hours.
I then received the supposed item that was rejected this morning and guess what, the item was never even part of my initial order.
Customer service has been so unhelpful. I have had to cancel my subscription.
There’s nothing that ASOS offer that you cannot get elsewhere.

Very very poor quality of hair

Very very poor quality of hair. Do not buy from here.
It’s gonna be a case of what you ordered vs what you got.
It is not worth the money and the wait.

Unhelpful company

Bought a bag from this company. Sent me a tracking number. Called UPS, who kept saying I will receive the package each day. Called Fashionette, was told the package was on the way.
I had to contact UPS again who informed me that the package might be lost and they will begin investigation. This should be Fashionette ensuring safe delivery in the first place. If I do not get this sorted within this week. I will be reporting this to my bank.
UPDATE: After having to contact UPS personally and being advised that they couldn’t locate the package and investigation is now closed. This Fashionette had still refused to give me my money.
Guys no matter how cheap their products is how how pretty it looks. PLEASE DO NOT shop with them for your own peace of mind.
What a fraud of a company
UPDATE; Never be tempted to shop from these people. Processed only a partial refund for an item that was never delivered. That they admitted was never delivered. Paid 191:53 but only refunded 181:53.
