Don’t use this company

Don’t use this company.
I order a size 7 pair of shoes for my daughter’s birthday.
They’ve sent what looks like a used pair of size 6s.
I’ve had no explanation, no apology, no compensation. Ive been offered a 10% discount on next order but I must spend £150 ha!
Why would I do that they can’t get first order right.
Absolutely useless not helpful or understanding atall. Don’t care they have their money. Disgraceful.

I’ve been with Admiral 2/3yrs now and…

I’ve been with Admiral 2/3yrs now and il be moving on when renewal due.
I can’t stand them I honestly don’t know what I pay for every month.
They’re unhelpful there’s alway a hidden clause nothing is straightforward when your already under stress they make everything more difficult.
Twice I’ve needed to claim or needed help since being with them and twice been turned down. Theyr just in it for the money waste of time!
I’ve dealt with another insurance company for a separate issue recently and times they’ve paid out no questions asked made it so easy.
Yous are an absolute waste of time!!

CSA Are deplorable.Its sad to say no…

CSA Are deplorable.Its sad to say no wonder men commit suicide because of the CSA doings.
My brother has only just went through a separation 6 weeks ago and his wife has decided to involve CSA through spite even though he’s having children anywhere between 3-7 days a week. It is still an ‘in the air’ situation. Which yrs these things do happen but
My brother has received the most appalling DISTRESSING and DISGUSTING first letter which really needs reviewed by the CSA. it is a demanding threatening first letter stating how much he earns (which was wrong) and how much will be taken from him without him firstly speaking to them or being offered the opportunity to give his side.
The first letter should be fairer and not so threatening. It should ask both sides first.
There is absolutely no justice for the man or woman who does not have the child living with them in the sence your first correspondence is disgraceful. We will be involving the local MP and CAB on your threatening approach to the other party.

Will never buy from Debenhams online…

Will never buy from Debenhams online again.
Received item on 21st January. There is no return. Note in packaging.
It states you have to email home and living and wait for a response.
They don’t reply. Or they send 1 word answers so your query goes to back of the que.
I emailed complaints on 29th January who promised me a reply. Still haven’t received one it is now the 4th feb!!
If I’m stuck with this item I’m going to consumer rights.

As the item is from one of our concession brands, they will be responsbile for providing a return label. The seller asks to allow 2-3 working days for a response on any message sent but once we have a reply, we will let you know.

DO NOT EVER go with Wickes

DO NOT EVER go with Wickes. Buying a kitchen is supposed to be a pleasant and happy experience. NOT stressful and upsetting.
This is my 3rd review as no one helps to resolve the issues.
Submitted an official complaint 6 days ago after numerous issues and still no one has got back to me and a response is promised within 2 days. Then on Friday I called and was promised by email so I have all the proof a response by 4pm yesterday and surprise surprise I haven’t.
I’m now going to consumer rights.

I’ve already placed a bad review on…

I’ve already placed a bad review on here in March about missing kitchen items. We are 2mth down the line and still waiting for call backs. I was going to email back the correspondence from first review for help, however I’ve since learnt I haven’t been receiving emails re reviews as wicks had another customers email address on my acc! So please can you email on correct email address please. I really need help in sorting this mess out.
