Paid M&M for annual express delivery. Unfortunately let down on this occasion. Package was acknowledged in system very quickly, due to be delivered Mon 29th Sep. All good but on Monday lunchtime tracking stopped with note saying unable to deliver will be delivered next day. Package was delivered next day but felt a bit let down.

Trusted seller, items received correctly and within a reasonable time, pleased with the items.

Spent quite a bit in the sale, stuff that I was needing or thinking about in the past. All good stuff and no worries thanks to the 3 year guarantee. I am using all the products I bought and finding the space saving products very handy.

Kian the engineer was polite and friendly. He immediately identified the problem was outside. He called 40mins before arrival so knew when to expect him. Had the line fixed within 30mins made sure everything was running OK.

Had 2 deliveries this week. On both occasions items were delivered on time and respected my instruction that I wanted package left at the back door. Two hour delivery window is sufficient, was kept informed by email regarding the package's progress.

Always easy to deal with, the website is fine and delivery is prompt. Been taking the tablets for years, always like to have a stock of them.

Booked Edinburgh to Newcastle 1st class. Train on time, was offered a hot drink and croissant before 10am. Not sure why staff don't use a trolley instead of running back and forward to the catering area? Had to ask for cutlery as had jam with the croissant. On the return cake or crisps offered with a drink. There was a second round of drinks but felt a little disappointed there were no sandwiches etc. Appreciate the journey is on the short side but that would've been a nice touch. Seat was comfortable and the journey was smooth. Train delayed 25mins due to crew late into Newcastle on return, ended up being 20mins late into Edinburgh. Only paid a few pounds with Railcard so not bothering claiming delay repay. On the whole not an awful experience but could've been better.

No intention of buying shoes while on a short break but went past store noticing they had Skechers. Offer on and extra discount on top, luckily they had my size and style I wanted

Always good to deal with. You get the items exactly as per the website photo. Delivery prompt and easy to track. Delivery charges very reasonable.

Website easy to use, they offer incentivs such as 10% off certain spends from time to time which is great. Very few smaller stores have Clinique so I stock up on that also bulky toiletries. Delivery is quick and I am kept informed, sometimes goods arrive at different times but if you read the email properly you can find differenet tracking numbers for the parcels.

The items I bought were at a good price, unfortunately one item was on the small side so returned for an exchange and it wasn't long before the replacement arrived. Clothing is good quality.

The ease of delivery was great. Now using a different company but it was easy to track the parcel. Pleased with quality, however the gilet was a little on the small side but it was straightforward to return and they offer exchanges unlike some other clothing companies, refund only and purchase again.

The parcel was delivered in good condition in the early part of the 2 hour delivery window. These 2 hour windows are much better for narrowing down the delivery.

Good choice of quality clothing at very reasonable prices. Looking for cargo pants, I had used Voi London before for jackets and shirts but never jeans or cargo pants. Order was sent out quickly and easy to track on DPD. Liked the quality of the fabric, hard-wearing yet light to wear. Bought in dark grey and black, the colours match the photos on the website.

The item took a long time to arrive but I was kept informed. Unfortunately the jeans were too small, strange as I have other jeans from CT that are the same size, thought with ultimate 4 way stretch it would be OK, I was wrong, I have returned them.

Searching for a CD online after exhausting my usual companies I Googled title and found this company. CD was in stock, I ordered between Christmas and New Year so wasn't expecting shipping to be until after New Year, however I was advised that the item would be shipped before New Year and it was. Communication with staff was genuinely friendly, after reading some of the reviews on here, I couldn't understand how bad they were. CD arrived immediately after New Year, well packaged and CD itself was brand new and sealed.
