It’s mind blowing how little respect…
Update:still no apology and rude responses. Ridiculously shameless and arrogant. I pity anyone who’s tolerated this kind of experience. Keep denying and I’ll keep posting about this behaviour. So no one hung up on your customer multiple times? You know who you are.
You’ve replied multiple times? Have you ever apologised once? I’ve called the entire morning without anyone picking up calls during working hour and the times when it’s picked up I’ve been hung up multiple times. Your customers wouldn’t be bothered to take the time to put negative comments here if they were happy as I have been with all the other retailers I’m dealing with. Self reflection and respect are some good things to learn if you’ve never heard of them.
I could have given zero star here if that’s an option.

It’s mind blowing how little respect this company has for their customers. Have been complaining about being rudely treated by their customer service team on the phone (being told to f** off and got hung up multiple times when trying to talk), after calling them with no one answering from 10am during working hours, all they do is blaming me for having placed an order.
I’ve demanded for an apology for the way I’ve been treated and yet all I heard so far is just arrogant statement that it’s my fault to have placed an order with them in the first place. I’m demanding for an apology which has nothing to do with the rest is the order procedure.
Can’t they simply understand that their customers deserve sensible treatment and respect? I’ll keep escalating until I receive an apology for the appalling customer service I’ve had.
Never buy from them!
