Great service on delivery of great quality gear as always. Down side had to return an item …. Refund seems to take too long /up to 2 weeks for your money back is stretching it a bit

Shopping experience was totally ruined by Endura’s use of EVRI to misdeliver parcel to another address in neighbourhood, then chatbot suggested I trawl about and find where their driver left parcel. Fortunately whoever received parcel delivered it to my home next day. Will never repeat order from any seller that uses Evri or Yodel

The crash replacement policy is worth buying an Endura helmet alone, the helmets are well made and comfortable. And do their job well should you crash and land on your face.

Sent an incorrectly ordered item back which has now been received by the returns department.
I can't get a smaller replacement as that's not how the system works apparently, I get a refund and get to order the correct size again.

I returned an item as it is too small however I have not had an email to confirm the return let alone a refund even though the tracking shows it was delivered on Sept 22nd. Very disappointing, I won’t be ordering again.
