Great products, good service

Great products, good quality, good price. Had to have 2 shots to get the correct size though (for gloves in this instance), so not sure size guides are quite as reliable as they might be. Makes me a bit hesitant about ordering clothes (especially as I don't exactly have an athletic physique).

Always worth checking availability and prices away from the usual big name. First time I've used them but very pleased with the service from Choice Stationery Supplies. Good prices and prompt delivery. Happy to recommend.

Good product

Update:
Following contact with customer services, I have been assured that delivery information has been clarified and sales staff updated with that. New delivery options are in the pipeline and these will overcome the issues I had. I was also offered some compensation for the inconvenience.
I am happy that these assurances are genuine and, as per the original review, would reiterate that the actual carpet is of excellent quality, and so I'm happy to again recommend Flooring Superstore.

Happy with carpet quality but unimpressed with delivery arrangements. I explained at time of purchase that we were in a 4th floor flat and I was assured that delivery would not be a problem. Delivery day arrived and it was kerbside only. Not only that, the carpet was on a cardboard tube that would have made it impossible to get through the door. I rejected the delivery and contacted transport department who assured me that alternative arrangements would be made to ensure enough delivery staff would be available to deliver it as previously arranged. Let's just say it was still messed up (no fault of the driver and assistant) but I did eventually get the carpet to my flat. Double, double check delivery arrangements and don't be scared of hassling them to put it right. Even then don't expect it to be done as arranged.
