Good kit, but clunky to deal with :-(

Ordered a pair of MTB shoes and merino socks to take advantage of the 50% off shoe sale. Unfortunately the shoes were too small and I needed the next size up. Was advised I’d need to return existing ones and buy a new full price pair and then wait for refunds as no exchanges are offered. After sales seems clunky and slow to respond (or non responsive) which has put me off buying, which is a shame for an iconic home-grown company.

Disappointing

The delivery service from Evri in our area is diabolical, the last three deliveries have not been on time and have required me chase the retailer who I’m assuming contacted them as the items arrived the next day. I ordered an item from a retailer last week with a two day delivery - my heart sank when I saw the courier was Evri. It was ‘out for delivery’ today and I was advised it would be delivered between 12-2pm - you guessed it, no delivery. Update - The day after due delivery, I receive a message to say I will be contacted by Evri about my delayed parcel……on 15th July, 8 days after scheduled delivery…..unbelievable :-(

Great service and a good selection of gear - recommended

I had to change an online purchase, so visited the Basingstoke store to try on a variety of trail running shoes. The gentleman who I dealt with was super-helpful, gave me advice without being pushy and gave me a variety of shoes to try, one of which I ended up buying. I’d recommend and would certainly visit again.

Competitive price and quick delivery - recommended

I recently purchased my second camera from Panamoz at a significant saving over the UK price; both were exactly the same as UK spec (including packaging) and arrived within the anticipated delivery time and were trackable throughout the courier journey. I’d not hesitate to recommend.

What was I worried about?

I was a bit sceptical about ordering a 'grey import' but I needn't have worried. I could track every step of the journey my camera was making and the delivery arrived in the UK just over a week after order. The camera and lens are as you would expect ordering from a UK based supplier and their comms were excellent. I will definitely consider using again.

Excellent clothing, if it ever arrives :-(

This is more a review for delivery than the goods ordered, which in my past experience is very good. Placed an order on 4th January which was detained as part of a larger consignment by customs in Amsterdam for checking - it still hasn’t arrived and is now assumed by RR as being ‘lost’. To be fair to RR, they have sent a replacement and offered a discount on a future order, but as yet, no sign of that arriving….
Sadly because of the delivery issues I cannot recommend unless their products were available to buy directly in the UK.

Damaged Goods

To be fair, the on line support from Panther (Chloe) was very good, polite and courteous. That’s where the plus points end - my 65 OLED TV was badly damaged, and had clearly taken a very heavy impact - unfortunately this wasn’t visible without totally unpacking the parcel whilst the two couriers waited on the drive.
I hope either LG pick a different carrier for the replacement, or more care is taken by Panther with the next delivery.

I replaced my OEM Fulcrum wheels with Scribe's excellent 50mm deep section road wheels and have been delighted with their performance.
Fast, light for their depth, stiff, great value and very well made - I would definitely recommend.
