I decided to use Heinnie Haynes to buy a cold steel code 4 based on the many 5 star ratings of them (HH) on the net. The fact they use PayPal makes the actual purchasing part really fast. The order progress emails from them were timely and in a format that made it really easy to track the progress of the order. The final dispatch email had a parcel tracking number with an explanation of the code letters so I knew what type of delivery to expect (next day signed for in my case). So, less than 22 hours after placing the order the package was in my hands ! Although I had no need to phone them I got the feeling from the tone and slickness of their emails that calling them would have been an enjoyable experience too. All in all I was extremely impressed with the very high level of their online service - well done ! Not quite the cheapest, but the extra couple of pounds was well worth paying for the high level and speed of the transaction.
