Great delivery time, with quick dispatch. Really bought this for the kids, but the youngest says this is a game changer and that’s good enough for me

Could’ve been better

Sofology
We ordered 3 sofas. There was a little bit of a muddle with knowing exactly what was happening with delivery, we live in Orkney so this always happens, but it was easily sorted. One sofa had a damaged wire, we got a replacement part quickly enough, but they had nobody available in our area to fit the part nor to repair the felt once repair was done. We were left to sort it out ourselves. This wasn’t ideal because there is not this type of service in the area. We would’ve had to take the sofa back to Inverness/Aberdeen for this to be done. When ordering the sofa we specifically asked about this type of thing and were assured Sofology cover Orkney. Had we known then what we know now we may not have gone ahead with the purchase.
We have made a repair doing as little as possibly to the sofa, it’s working again now, but still feel a little let down. Service promised doesn’t match up to service promised.

Beerwulf = Excellent, but Yodel = Abysmal

I liked the beers and the speed at which it was dispatched. Again this is where the good times stopped. The courier is Yodel and what a shambles they are. The parcel was held at their depot for over a week before being moved on to my local delivery depot. I was told that the hold up was weather, which is a load of rubbish, there was no weather related issues that impacted ferries and planes. Beerwulf were excellent, Yodel were abysmal.

Shambles

I have just received an update to tell me that there has been a hold up due to weather.
We’ve just had a glorious day of sunshine and there has been no cancellations to sailings or flights to the county.
Yet again I am at a loss to see how this has occurred

Item picked up and then disappeared

My item was picked up from the retailer and then it appears to have disappeared off the face of the Earth. Held up for bad weather when there’s been no issues with any transportation anywhere. How Yodel makes money is beyond me because they have been very poor with communication and obviously this package is t turning up, but it’s radio silence from them. An utter joke

I have had zero problems

I have had zero problems since switching from O2 about 2 years ago. Also unlike every other mobile provider GiffGaff have actually given me more for my money and have never put up their price in that time. The have a price guarantee until December this year and I can’t see me changing anytime soon

Twice my wife has ordered a kit for my son and twice it’s been “lost in transit”. It’s funny that JD Sports say it’s been lost by Ervi, but Evri have never sent acknowledgement of receiving the package, only that they are expecting it. I’m finding it hard to believe it ever left JD Sports.

I’ve never had any trouble

I’ve never had any trouble with GiffGaff. It’s been straightforward and much cheaper than my previous mobile provider. They have frozen my tariff for the last year or more which has been a real relief in these uncertain times, if only I could get my energy provider to be as helpful and less focussed on money.
