Terrible customer service — Order refunded without notice, no product delivered
I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with O’Neill Switzerland (or O’Neill Europe). On 1 October, I placed an order for a wetsuit. I was excited to receive it, as I’ve always been a fan of the brand. But on 7 October, I received a vague email saying my refund would be processed because the item would not be delivered. No explanation, no apology, no prior warning — just a refund.
Here’s what went wrong:
There was no notification beforehand that the product was out of stock.
It took a full week before I was told I would not be getting the wetsuit.
The email was vague and did not explain why — it simply said refund, no product.
When I wrote them, I clearly signed my name in my correspondence, yet their reply addressed me as “Dear Unknown,” which feels disrespectful and shows a lack of basic care.
The whole thing is unacceptable: if a retailer can’t fulfill an order, they should inform the customer immediately and offer alternatives (size, color, substitute product) or at least apologize properly.
This is not the level of service I would expect from a brand I’ve recommended many times before.

I did not receive the order. But i tried to contact support team to avoid that. I also contacted GLS to avoid return. Now the return is ongoing and no feedback about refund. Very dissapointed with you AI reply and also with the reply from your support email

I've been wearing Oneill for many years now and I'm thrilled with the lifestyle and sense of freedom this brand embodies. I would love it if there was free shipping to Austria (at least for orders above a certain minimum). Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied!
In 3rd week no delivery
I ordered two weeks ago, I just received an email from the courier company (I am guessing it is about my order from your company) that my order is in the logistics hub and it will take four days more to be dispatched.i paid 20 euros for the delivery and when ordering it was claimed that the delivery will be made within 7 days. I have not received any informative email from you about the delay of ordering. Only an email to rate the items I ordered which I have not received yet. I hope I receive the products in good shape.
