I didn't buy the fleece in the end, as it wasn't what I was hoping for, but I can't fault the service either getting it to me, or processing the return.

I don't massively like how the boots look, but they are incredibly comfortable and I waked 3 miles the first time I wore them. Plenty of toe room, despite them looking quite narrow.
