Shambles of a business

Shambles. Order was never received by the parcel shop (picked the parcel shop as more likely to receive the item, d'oh!), I was then told to check with parcel shop (twice). I sent them an email I had from Evri confirming that the parcel was lost, and then sent them the email twice more when they told me to go and check with the parcel shop twice more.

Finally, after 6 weeks and 5 more emails they asked me if I wanted the item sending again or a refund. I advised them that I wanted a refund. I then told them the same thing two more times when they asked me the same question twice more.

A week later I received an email from DBZ (Debenhams) letting me know that they had processed the refund. That was over a week ago, no refund received as yet. Not surprised though, are you?

I tried emailing DBZ but the email address doesn't take incoming emails. I emailed Boohoo (again) to try and get them to look into it or send me a working email address. That was 5 days ago, no response. Tried again today but I won't hold my breath.

I'm not even bothered about the money, it won't change my life but we're now in to the realms of the principle of being scammed by what you perceive as being a reputable company. I suppose it's my own fault for not reading reviews.

The customer service team are horrendous, they should seriously consider outsourcing to a company who can cope.

Anyway, that's my experience, complete shambles and it's up to you now to decide if you want to risk it.

I normally ride Five Tens but at 50%…

I normally ride Five Tens but at 50% off looked like too good a deal to miss. They look great, fit great and ride really well. I looked at reviews before I bought them and the only negative comment I saw was that they aren’t as grippy as Give Tens but can’t say I noticed any difference. That said, on my first ride wearing them I had a dopey crash and broke my big toe 🤣, don’t know if that would have happened in Five Tens or not.

Expect the worst and you won’t be disappointed

If I was Handsome Dan I don’t think I’d be asking people for reviews but then I suppose it’s just another example of how to be a 1 star business.

First of all, expect a loooooooong wait for your item, or at least read the small print that they will point you towards when you email them to find out what’s going on. When I read it I just accepted that they’d ‘got’ me and I was an idiot for trusting them in the first place.

Thankfully, eventually your order will arrive. Then you will have something new to wear when you’re painting the house, or creosoting the shed or to a fancy dress party where you’re dressed as the Hulk. Because, to be frank, that’s all that their clothes are fit for.

Awful clothing, made from the cheapest material known to man, and a terrible fit too. I can’t comment on whether it’ll survive a wash as there’s no need to wash it, just chuck it straight in the bin.

Hope this review helps someone.

Not just great kit but a great service…

Not just great kit but a great service as well! Emailed me despite them being at World Champs to tell me they had no gloves left but threw in a pair of socks for free.

The t-shirt and the sweatshirt are top quality and I'll definitely be buying again. Pretty sure the socks saved my life on some steeps at Dalby as well 😁

Order has disappeared

Placed an order yesterday and paid extra for next day DPD delivery. Received the "Thanks for your order" email but The order is not showing in My Account and have heard nothing since (DPD usually text).

Not good, emailed Customer Service, we'll see what their response is.

I've been struggling with migraines…

I've been struggling with migraines immediately after rides so switched from the energy powder to the electrolyte and never had any issues since. Lemon and lime tastes good but wish they did a straight lemon electrolyte because the energy one tastes amazing. Highly recommend SIS.

Nike Vapormax Online Purchase

Bought my son some Nike Vapormax for his birthday which were delivered quickly. He loved the trainers but unfortunately they didn't fit (he's a size 7 in his new Air Force Ones but he couldn't get his foot in) so had to return them. Really easy returns process and was credited back to my account in 3 working days. We'll wait until the shops are open again to replace them but keep up the good work.

Account under review - sorted really quickly

I had an issue on Friday afternoon with my account being placed under review and I got into a panic as my wages had been paid in and I needed them for the weekend. I rang and sent an email and was advised why the account was under review - I had used the account to top up my Bet365 account which rang alarm bells as it is against their terms of service to use the account solely for gambling purposes. My own stupid fault.

I emailed them to explain that I use the account for a variety of reasons (rent, bills etc) and within 90 minutes of the account being placed under review it was reinstated and all was good.

I have to say, I was panicking at the time but the speed of response and service was excellent.
