The travel posters are beautiful. I just wish there were some for England. There are many for Italy, a couple for France, but having other European countries would be nice.

I cancelled my order on 5/2, which was two days late I realize. My dog had just passed with acute kidney failure hours earlier. I have been trying to get in touch to return the product, but have been kept on hold for ridiculous amounts of time. The email address is bs.

Their online order page is screwed up. I was unable to complete my order yet was billed three times. I had American Express call ME regarding their fraud. I called for a refund and was told NO.
I should have looked at their reviews first because they are nothing but thieves. Apparently, they have my phone number on block because they stopped taking my calls.
Thanks to Amex for recognizing them and allowing me to dispute the charge.
I wish there was a way to give thumbs up to all the people cheated out of their money and goods from this company.
Their responses are bs. They have no intention of making your claim good.

Horrible. I've been trying for 7 months to get my money from them. There's always something I didn't do. They give you bits of information at a time, but never enough to get the job done. I've sent paperwork repeatedly because "they never got it". They gave me misinformation last month and now three weeks later they tell me the opposite is true.
Plus, there are never any notes in their system to show all the conversations we've had. Today the agent wanted all the information I gave the agent three weeks ago and then starts telling me the same spiel. Every single phone call has the agent treating me as if it were the first.
I have made 11 phone calls and not one of them led to a successful outcome.
January 4... 2 calls.

I'm done with their stalling and mishandling. I contacted an attorney this morning. I see from other posts that this is their SOP.

I would never dream of changing CPE providers. They are a great value for thorough and well-written courses.
