The delivery was eight days late and EU customers be aware of the brexit tax the postman will surprise you with. The strap is very good quality and looks great on the watch I bought it for.

Left earbud producing a low constant beeping firmware upgrade didn’t resolve it. Now I have to send it back tractable to claim my warranty. They came faulty out of the box no option to even chat with some kind of customer support.
They have send a coupon but I want a refund as is normal in the EU.

Without having any subscriptions Apple decided to take €10,99 out of my bank account. Then they sent an email about a refund then another about a credit note. They take money without consent but paying it back seems to be a problem.

A pesar de haber devuelto los auriculares defectuosos correspondientes al pedido 250509-013927, todavía no he recibido el reemplazo ni información clara sobre el estado del envío.
Dado que necesito los auriculares antes de un viaje próximo, les ruego que gestionen el envío de inmediato. En caso de no poder hacerlo hoy mismo, solicito el reembolso completo del importe pagado.

Hice un pedido en Viveacasa y recibí la confirmación, pero más tarde me informaron que el producto no estaba en stock. No me avisaron por iniciativa propia, tuve que contactar yo. Ya han pasado 4 días] y todavía no he recibido el reembolso. Muy mala comunicación y ninguna urgencia para resolver el problema. No volveré a comprar aquí y no lo recomiendo a nadie hasta que mejoren su atención al cliente.

I want to share my deeply frustrating experience with Chrono24 regarding my order TC-9617666, which has been unresolved since January 9, 2025. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, both Chrono24 and the seller, have placed responsibility on me for the seller’s mistake. This is not only unfair but entirely unacceptable.
The Situation:
1. Seller’s Mistake: The seller sent the wrong watch. It’s their responsibility to ensure the correct item is delivered.
2. DHL’s Role: If the incorrectly shipped watch is lost by DHL, the liability lies with the seller—not me, the buyer.
3. Chrono24’s Buyer Protection?: Chrono24 markets itself as offering robust Buyer Protection, but their handling of this issue has been anything but protective.
What Has Happened:
• On 11/01/2025, I requested a refund because the seller shipped the wrong watch.
• On 21/01/2025, the seller threatened, “As long as the watch is not in my possession, there will be no refund.”
• Chrono24 employees have also echoed this, stating a refund depends on the seller receiving back the incorrect watch.
Why This Is Wrong:
I did not order the wrong watch. The seller’s mistake has caused me unnecessary stress, wasted time, and placed me in an unfair position. Chrono24 should not allow sellers to shift their responsibility onto buyers, especially when their policies claim to protect customers.
My Request:
1. A full refund for the incorrect item shipped by the seller.
2. Compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused by this issue.
I hope this post serves as a warning to others. Chrono24 needs to be held accountable for ensuring sellers honor their obligations and buyers are protected.

The watch that I ordered true Chrono24 arrived in a heavy damaged original watch box. After the watch stopped working I send it back. There lack of customer service gave me no clue when the watch was going to be returned to me. When the watch finally arrived there watch maker damaged the watch on two spots. Af course they blamed me for the damage. The watch was send by me without damage. DON’T BUY/TRUST THEM

I ordered a watch from the Chrono24 platform from the Hongkong based seller Timeparadise. On arrival the watch was faulty, the handwinding mechanism failed. I asked the reseller for the return address and sent the watch back. The seller did not confirm that the watch had arrived so the return of the money paid to Chrono24 was delayed by at least a week. During this week several emails to Chrono24 were ignored, several international phone calls had to be made to get their attention. Then the seller refused to pay the shipment costs of the faulty watch back to Hongkong. Chrono24 offered me a a goodwill payment as they call it, I did accept this as it was partly what I paid for the shipping to Honking and would never receive all the money back from the shipping. The Chrono24 Secure. Reliable. Free slogan and buyers protection is a scam, I am still €29,- out of pocket, thank you Chrono24.

The delivery was just perfect. Then the packaging was unexpected. Nicely wrapped up with a bow tie on top and finished off with a Dutch stroopwafel, lekker. The time and date on the watch was already set to the correct time. Ready to wear.
