Customer service is gold!
I ordered a backpack for my girlfriend and was so happy with the way the company works, the packaging, the quality, and the little details that I immediately ordered a suitcase for myself. I had a little issue (on my side) with this second order and that’s where I found the cherry on top: the Cabaia customer service! They replied to every email, more than solved my issue, and were very friendly and quick about it. I would absolutely buy here again. If I have to buy something I love knowing that the impact on the environment wasn’t as bad as it would’ve been through a different company.

I have ordered a backpack on the 10th July, so far didn’t arrive. The customer service is horrible as well, do not reply! First and last time

Missing order.
I ordered a backpack and it has been ‘delivered’ but not the delivery address. My parcel has gone missing and there is no way to speak to someone about it. The delivery company doesn’t recognise the tracking number and I am still waiting to hear back from Cabaia about my order. It was an expensive backpack and I am not happy with the service. Won’t order from here again.

Package came late, customer service replies late too
New review: my package finally came. The backpack seems very sturdy, and I can see why they give it a lifetime warranty (if it actually works given some reviews here), but the company is still not deserving of 5 stars 1. because they reply late to emails (as a business owner myself, a good company writes the timeframe for their replies in the confirmation email [which they haven't done], but a good company also replies within 24h if it's a workday [granted, in summer it might be longer, but that's why they should write it in the confirmation email]), and 2. because the backpack shoulder straps are not of the same size (one is longer, and also has a much longer thinner strap [the one you use to adjust the length) than the other one). It seems like someone put one strap that belongs on that backpack, and the other one from a bigger backpack. I have yet to see if it's waterproof. The packaging is also great (the less important part is that it looks nice, the more important part is that there's no plastic whatsoever, and everything's compostable), and the backpacks are made from recycled material. And ofc, the backpack itself looks great (other than the missized straps).

My backpack never came. And while the original problem of not delivering was the mistake of the carrier (they delivered it to the wrong address first even though they were given the correct one, then they were supposed to deliver it to the correct address the next working day, and now it's been 5 days since it was supposed to arrive, but they're not replying to emails, nor giving any updates, except repeating the same thing every day in tracking, which is that it will be delivered with the next outing [which happens every day], and it's still not coming), Cabaia also isn't replying to emails. I've emailed them at two different customer service emails (the .com one and the .fr one), and haven't gotten a reply either. So at this point it seems like I'm neither gonna get the backpack and accessories I paid for, nor will I get my money back for the package I haven't received (and it's not a small amount). Next to that, it's the responsibility of the company to make sure they choose a reliable carrier for their packages (and I'm saying this a business owner myself).
ETA: I've just gone through some other negative reviews (which I really should have done before ordering), and it's unbelivable they are posting people's tracking numbers publicly in so many comments.

Nice bag and great customer service
The bag is really cute and the service is good. The Swiss post charged import customs at the time of delivery, that was not supposed to be according to the Cabaia website. The customer service was quick to respond and returned the customs fee in a few days.
