Amazing excellent service. The staff were incredibly helpful and my phone was fixed faster than they thought. They called when it the new cover was in and repaired it the moment I got there. They answered the phone promptly and were very friendly and professional. AMAZING!!!!! I have told sooooo many people to use Phone Lab!!

We are more than happy with our dealings with Bettys. There was confusion in our delivery as my 90yr old dad said it hadn't arrived yet but our delivery email said it had already been there since 9am. I called Bettys and we all worked together to try and solve the mystery. Turned out my dad hadn't looked where I'd told the delivery guys to put it for him and it was very simply a mistake that had nothing to do with your lovely store. The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful - beyond belief helpful actually and it was our error so called back quickly to apologise & that it was in fact exactly where it should be and my father had the cake. We had a lovely time chatting and were both very friendly on the calls but it was above and beyond help from Bettys. My name is Sally Davidson and I can't remember the lovely ladies name but I live in Holland and my dads in Cherington in the Cotswolds if you can ask who helped me that would b great!! She deserves a big bonus!! Lol.
