The experience started on delivery, friendly and efficient. Opening the box was like Christmas morning, unexpected gifts, so welcome. The backpack itself is so well designed. I am currently testing it on a trip away. It is really spacious, fits my overnight bits and my tech stuff too. Great design! Love at first sight!

I purchased two bras Order number: 6086213 in December. I will readily admit that I did not follow the washing guidelines and I put my black bra in the washing machine. At most, this happened 3 times as I was keeping this as my 'good' bra. I have just washed it and the underwire has torn through the material making it unwearable. I checked the wire and it is very sharp. I am most disappointed. I have been washing my underwired bras in the washing machine for many years and never had this problem. Yes, I do appreciate the washing instructions state hand wash but so do all of my other underwired bras which I did not purchase from your company. While the straps on the bras are fantastic and do not slip off, now that I have had this issue, I will not be buying again. My new bra, nearly €50.00 wasted. I hope someone in the company reads these reviews. Such a shame.

The website sizing for bras is most confusing. The filter is in UK sizing. Then customers must make their choice using a different format. It is not specified if this is EU sizing or FR sizing. Unfortunately I guessed incorrectly and thought the format was FR so, instead of receiving a size 38F bra I found that I had received a bra size 44F. I have returned it, and asked that I be refunded l.
