A Great new option

Really reasonable prices, easy parking, buses came pretty quickly and the grace period of a few hours is brilliant!

Great customer service and warranty was followed through really quickly

I bought a bag from Cabaia in 2023 and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately the straps started to rip recently when I began to use the bag a bit more. I put in a request under the lifetime warranty and got a really quick response back. My replacement voucher was processed really quickly once I returned my bag and I'm very happy with the replacement. Excellent customer service.

Don't waste your money

Initially when I received the bag, I was disappointed by the overall quality however as it was a gift and we had paid customs on top of the overpriced delivery I used it anyway. I'm really careful with bags yet after a few weeks the threads started to loosen. This just got worse and worse so I contacted the company. The response was that they double thread their bags so I could just go ahead and cut the loose ones which was awful ! A few weeks later a massive hole appeared on the inside so I reached out again to customer service. To be fair the girl was lovely to deal with and offered me a replacement. She had sent me a Royal Mail return label even though I live in the Republic of Ireland. I went to the North to return it and also chose a friend's address in the north to send the parcel to so I could avoid customs and a delay in delivery. I got a notification to pay customs which I begrudgingly did. Then Royal Mail said the bag was delivered which it wasn't.. I then realised it was with An Post (which made no sense) even worse the address was obviously put down completely wrong and the parcel went back and forth around Ireland for a month (pretty sure it's still going). I asked for a refund at that point which was issued. Lost out on €32 with postage and customs not being refunded and wasted so much time chasing a bag that to be honest wasn't worth it. The girl in customer service was helpful that is the only positive thing I can say about my purchase.
