I ordered the items as a birthday present for my brother's birthday. Everything arrived within the stated delivery time so on time (even early) for his birthday. It would be great if there was more choice of adult jigsaws though.

Les prix sont compétitifs mais il faut toujours vérifier la commande (quand c'est fait en ligne). J'ai commandé deux fois : la première fois il y avait un produit manquant et la deuxième fois il y avait encore un produit manquant en plus que d'autres produits non disponibles. J'ai eu un appel et normalement je devrais être remboursée ; j'attends toujours la différence de prix !

Package was delivered within the stated time. I appreciate being given a 1 hour delivery time slot and also having a picture of the item delivered as the order was for my parents.

There was a problem with the bag I had bought 2 years earlier. The man in the shop was very helpful showing me how to contact the customer services and what to send (he pretty much did everything for me) and then he also gave me a cardboard box so as I could return the bag. I was given a credit note before the end of the week (once my bag had been returned) and I was then able to buy a new bag the following week ! Very friendly and efficient staff. I would 100% recommend them.

Great experience both in-store and with the customer services. In the shop, the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and was able to help me quickly and with ease. He went through everything step by step(return of a damaged bag- bag bought in 2023). Online, the woman who replied to my email did so promptly and everything was clear.
I definitely recommend this shop for the quality of their products as well as their staff.

Great range of products and at reasonable / affordable prices. I found exactly what I was looking forward but not straight away so the search system could do with some improvements. However, I am very happy with my purchase and would happily buy there again if the occasion arises.

The items were delivered when stated but they were simply left outside the door without the delivery person ringing the doorbell!

I found that not enough notice was given beforehand of when they would be delivering so I saw the message the first day too late. Although someone was at home they didn't deliver. I didn't seem to get a phone call either but I was at work so I wouldn't have been able to answer anyway. Thankfully they were able to deliver the next day

Bon traitement de commande. Je l'ai reçu quelques jours plus tard qu’espérée mais le délai n'était pas trop long. Quelques problèmes avec le logiciel mais dans l'ensemble c'était bien.

Nous sommes très contents de produit final mais nous avons eu un peu de mal avec le logiciel au début.

The items i ordered were delivered within the time stated. There seemed to be some difficulties with them finding my address but the packages managed to arrive all on the one day which was great especially considering how there was a problem with one of the items at the start. Over all, i am very happy & would order with them again.
