Too small. Requested a return, and the company stopped responding. Poor customer service and doesn’t uphold their policies.

I attempted to order a custom dress for my daughter's orchestra performance. The dress still needs alterations but that could be user error with my measurements. Overall, the dress is beautiful and very affordable. I would order again, but will just order a regular size and not attempt measurements.

I ordered the dress which arrived as expected. The dress didn't fit at all despite ordering the size bigger and the quality is not how it is depicted in the pictures. I contacted them for details of how to return and refund.

Firstly they asked me to send proof, via picture, that it doesn't fit. When I asked if they meant they wanted a picture of me wearing a dress that doesn't fit, they sent their returns policy. They don't pay the full refund. They minus "costs" and offer that which was equitable to 30% less than what I paid. Or they suggest taking it to be altered for which they would cover the cost (which I couldn't do because the quality of the dress wasn't good) or if I wanted to keep the dress they would send me £26.

I advised that I would return the dress. they sent clear details of how to return the dress to a "room" in China. They said I had to pay the shipping costs, which cost me an additional £18. I sent all of the tracking details and they said they would send the refund once it had been received. I waited a week, and chased, they said it was "stuck at customs" and that they would pay when it arrived. A further week later, still no refund, and they have stopped replying to my emails.

I paid £129 for the dress, plus the £18 to return it. I haven't had any money back, and I don't have the dress.

Terrible!!! Worst place I ever ordered from. Been waiting on a delivery for 2 weeks and keeps saying out for delivery and not accessible! Address is very openly accessible. Do not buy dresses from here! These were for bridesmaid and flower girl and now nothing

I recently ordered a dress online for my school formal, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After searching through countless options, I finally found a dress on Babaroni that caught my eye. It was beautiful, but I still had a few specific alterations in mind to make it perfect for me.

One of the best decisions I made was to order some sample colours. I was unsure about which shade would work best, and having those samples made choosing the right color so much easier. The customer service team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. The representative I spoke with answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and they worked with their team to alter the dress to match my vision.

I was a bit apprehensive about the custom fit, wondering if it would suit me well. However, when the dress arrived in a timely manner, I was thrilled to find that it fit absolutely perfectly! It looked exactly how I wanted it to, and it truly felt like everything I had hoped for. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a dress and the size wasn’t right but Maya was so helpful in returning and refunding the original dress and helping me put through a custom fit one. Her customer service is 10/10!! She really went above and beyond and I really appreciate it!

such great communication before and after ordering only took about 10 days to make then 10 days to arrive so it was perfect the quality is absolutely amazing you can tell they put effort into there details of the dress and the fabric is very nice too overall amazing by service and amazing dress

Awful. It takes way too long for the dress to arrive. They will not give you a full refund plus you have to pay the shipping to send it back. Between having to pay for the shipping to send it back and not getting a full refund, I am out half the money I spent on that dress.

Avoid avoid! I bought two different styles of bridesmaid dresses for my sister to try on. When the dresses arrived we were very disappointed in the quality - the fit was poor and the material looked cheap. They were also packed so tightly that they were very creased. As per return instructions, I contacted the company to request a return and refund. The reply said that it would not be financially beneficial to return them and that I would be better to keep them and they would offer me £35 compensation! I explained that I wanted a full refund as the dresses did not look like the pictures on the website. I was then advised to return the dresses to China - tracked. This cost me over £30! After over two months and numerous emails, l was eventually refunded, minus £17, meaning that it cost me almost £50 to try on and return two unsatisfactory dresses. Ridiculous! This was hugely stressful and expensive whilst trying to plan my wedding. Do not order from these fraudsters!

The quality of the dresses is good and the customer service was helpful. They have an amazing range of colors.

Do NOT order anything from this shop!

I placed an order with Babaroni on June 3rd, 2025, expecting the parcel to arrive within the promised 7–12 business days. It arrived over three weeks later, long after I needed it. The delivery was so late, the product became completely useless to me.

I contacted customer service multiple times, remained polite, and even asked for a fair compromise. At first, I received a generic offer, and after that? Silence. Total silence.
I have now sent three unanswered emails. They are simply ignoring me.

This is not how a trustworthy company treats customers. Once they have your money, they don’t care what happens. No accountability, no real support, and zero respect for the situation they caused.

If you’re lucky and everything goes smoothly, fine. But if there’s any issue at all, you’re on your own.
So do NOT order from this scam shop.

Your reply is incredibly unprofessional and completely ignores the actual issue.

Yes, I chose standard shipping – but the total delivery time still far exceeded what was promised on your website. You advertise 2–3 weeks, not over a month. That’s misleading.

You also ignore the fact that I was left with no other option but to dispute the charge, because you ignored multiple emails from me. And even now, you’re trying to make it look like this is somehow my fault.

To make matters worse, your “return” process requires me to pay expensive shipping to China – something you absolutely don’t make clear before purchase. That is not an “easy return” as advertised.

Trying to shift the blame instead of owning your terrible customer service just proves the point of my original review.

Finding the dress I wanted/needed for my event was very easy and convenient. When I had questions, the support team answered them in a timely yet respectful manner. All of the girls I have spoken with have been very kind and respectful throughout my whole experience.

The dresses arrived on time. They are beautiful!! Absolutely gorgeous!!! They were too long for my flower girls and a wee bit big in the waist. The dresses had to be altered but, it was no problem with that as I had a seamstress on hand to handle this. The train was detachable, and I had the butterfly wings on the shoulders removed but, other than those things the dresses were gorgeous!!! I would buy again. I will say please order a month or two ahead of your event because these dresses are made to order and they come from China. Please order a size bigger than what you wear because the measurements of this company is not the same as in the US. Ordering bigger as you can always alter the dress as I had to do. Other than those few things the dresses were absolutely perfect!!! I give two 👍🏽👍🏽up and a five star review!!!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Do not buy from this company. Their return policy is illegal under UK consumer law and it took me numerous emails to get the return address out of them to pay for the return myself to China. The return parcel is now sitting at customs in China as customs contact the company directly. They are, in my opinion, not answering customs and haven’t contacted me about it and as such I have paid this company £300 for no dresses. Just to be clear do not buy from them.

The dress is simply amazing. The quality, price, and the option to have it custom-tailored are just fantastic! The fabric looks very high-quality, and overall, all the dresses are very pretty!

Please do not buy from this company! The return policy is absolutely ridiculous. It makes it almost impossible to return it. Also, they make you pay for your own return shipping label. Then tack on a 10% restocking fee. It’s not even worth buying the dress.
