I placed an order with Babaroni on June 3rd, 2025, expecting the parcel to arrive within the promised 7–12 business days. It arrived over three weeks later, long after I needed it. The delivery was so late, the product became completely useless to me.

I contacted customer service multiple times, remained polite, and even asked for a fair compromise. At first, I received a generic offer, and after that? Silence. Total silence.
I have now sent three unanswered emails. They are simply ignoring me.

This is not how a trustworthy company treats customers. Once they have your money, they don’t care what happens. No accountability, no real support, and zero respect for the situation they caused.

If you’re lucky and everything goes smoothly, fine. But if there’s any issue at all, you’re on your own.
So do NOT order from this scam shop.

Your reply is incredibly unprofessional and completely ignores the actual issue.

Yes, I chose standard shipping – but the total delivery time still far exceeded what was promised on your website. You advertise 2–3 weeks, not over a month. That’s misleading.

You also ignore the fact that I was left with no other option but to dispute the charge, because you ignored multiple emails from me. And even now, you’re trying to make it look like this is somehow my fault.

To make matters worse, your “return” process requires me to pay expensive shipping to China – something you absolutely don’t make clear before purchase. That is not an “easy return” as advertised.

Trying to shift the blame instead of owning your terrible customer service just proves the point of my original review.

Hello. We have not sent the package late. The production time for one of the two dresses you purchased is 7-10 days. The transportation time is within 10 days. The product page is written very clearly. We have sent the package within 7 days. There is no problem. You have chosen standard shipping, not expedited shipping. You also did not inform us in advance of your activity time if you claim it is urgent. We have explained to you multiple times about all this. There is no such thing as the 3-week late you mentioned. We are sorry for your untrue review.
We have previously communicated with you, and if you did not return the items, we were willing to negotiate compensation with you. But you couldn't wait to initiate a dispute and insisted on resolving the issue through it. Since you refused to close the dispute and refused to accept our offer then, we could not do anything more. We would not risk lose all money through your dispute. The dispute has ended in our favor, indicating that the issue has been resolved, and we will not issue a refund to you any more. We have also explained all this to you in advance, also multiple times. This is all your own choice. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
