I would give zero but can’t. Ordered a couple of dresses and one is so badly made. I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect but it’s completely see through, the material feels disgusting and the eyelets down the front were fake. Went to return and turns out you have to email them a to ask for a return. Explained the dress was not up to standard and they still expected me to pay return shipping to the US making the return not worthwhile - which feels like it goes against UK consumer law. Don’t buy if you’re in the UK not worth it and don’t trust the influencers / reviews on their site.
