If you get shoes without issues, these are amazing and quality shoes. However, if you have to deal with the “customer service” aka AI bot “Allison” you are SOL. Very disappointed since these are quite expensive shoes.

Gorgeous dress and well made. It was a little big but corset back allowed for perfect sizing. Measure twice, order once. Return policy is not good at all, so be sure before you buy!
